Ray Litton Raymond Morris Litton (July 8, 1931 - April 12, 2014) served two terms as mayor of Round Rock, Texas from 1973 to 1978. Before that, he was a professional baseball player. ==Early life and baseball career== Litton was a graduate of Allen Military Academy in Bryan, Texas. He pitched in minor league baseball from 1953 to 1955. His statistics for 1953 are incomplete, though it is known he played in 21 games for the Gainesville Owls and Plainview Ponies. In 1954, he posted a win-loss record of 3-11 with a 5.19 ERA in 28 games (15 starts) for the Austin Pioneers and Harlingen Capitals. He walked 113 batters in 118 innings. In 1955, he was 0-0 in 8 games for Austin.〔(BR Minors page )〕〔(Obituary )〕 He died in Texas.
